Shipping, cancellations, returns, damaged items, and checkout disclosures for the Printify collection.
The Printify collection uses secure Stripe Checkout. The 3D-printed Nanonaut Collectable is ordered directly from Author Wayne Stewart LLC and fulfilled by Bryan Harris/CraftJoy3D after PayPal payment is verified.
Printify merchandise is made to order. Production and carrier transit are separate stages. Typical production may take several business days, but all timing is an estimate—not a guarantee. The Nanonaut Collectable has a fixed $8.00 U.S. shipping charge and is not produced or shipped until the $27.99 PayPal payment is verified. Mixed products may arrive in separate packages.
Because each item is printed for the customer, returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, an incorrect size, or an incorrect color selection are generally not accepted. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. If an item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, contact Author Wayne Stewart LLC promptly so the claim can be reviewed.
Request cancellation as soon as possible. A cancellation is not guaranteed after production begins. If fulfillment has not started and cancellation remains possible, the request will be reviewed and any approved refund will be returned through the original payment method.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs. After review, the available remedy may be a replacement, reprint, or refund. Do not return an item unless we provide instructions.
Carrier dates are estimates. If tracking is stalled or delivery is substantially overdue, contact us promptly. We will verify the address and tracking history and open a partner or carrier investigation when appropriate. A replacement or refund depends on the investigation and applicable eligibility rules.
Stripe processes Printify collection payments. PayPal processes Nanonaut Collectable payments. Author Wayne Stewart LLC does not receive full card details. Collectable order and delivery information is emailed to Author Wayne Stewart LLC and Bryan Harris/CraftJoy3D for payment review and fulfillment. Applicable tax will be shown only after lawful collection settings are configured.
